Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
To start a return, you must first contact us at info@bylon.co.uk. You will have to then send your package back to the return address that will be emailed to you, alongside sending the track and trace code to info@bylon.co.uk. Upon arrival, we will inspect the returned item and check for any damages or signs of usage. If your return is accepted, we will send you a refund for your items (via original payment method used) with an email confirmation of this. Credit can take between 5-10 working days depending on your card issuer's policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returning or exchange of your item.

- The shipping costs and returning costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or SALE items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start an exchange, you must first contact us at info@bylon.co.uk. Once confirming the size you want is in stock, you will have to then send your package back to the return address given to you via email, alongside sending the the track and trace code to info@bylon.co.uk. Upon arrival, we will inspect the returned item and check for any damages or signs of usage. If your return is accepted, we will send you your exchanged items with an email confirmation of this. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
